Bli Bli students learn to give a good description

A partnership between the Sunshine Coast Crime Prevention Unit and the Bli Bli Neighbourhood Watch committee ensured that Seymour the Owl was a very special visitor at Bli Bli State School this week.

Seymour was the subject of an art competition based on ‘Giving a Good Description’ to encourage students to help their local police.

Years 5 and 6 students at the school have been invited to enter the competition with the winner from each class receiving $50 each which has been donated by Bli Bli NHW.

Seymour is a wise young owl who sees all and remembers what he sees
